We are delighted to announce that Charlie Pegrum has returned to the Urchins on a permanent deal from Leyton Orient.

Charlie joined the Urchins on loan last season, making 18 appearances. He scored two goals and provided five assists during his time at the Urchins.

Commenting on the move Charlie said;

I enjoyed the time I spent here towards end of last season and I am buzzing to be back. I can’t wait to get started and kick on from where we ended last year.

We are delighted to have Charlie back. We have been chasing him all summer. To get Charlie on a permanent basis is another great signing for us. A youngster who we believe has massive potential and we hope to help him improve and get him back to where he wants to be as well. We would like to thank Leyton Orient for making this deal a smooth process to get him. We are really excited to get Charlie back to join an exciting squad we are putting together. We feel like  we have a great blend of youth and experience, and Charlie adds to the youth with real quality.

His squad number, alongside the rest of the squad, will be confirmed in due course.
