How do I buy tickets?

Tickets are on sale through our club box office until the day of the game, after which tickets will be available to purchase at the turnstile by cash or card payments.

Online Ticket Sales close at midday for Saturday fixtures and 5pm for midweek fixtures.

 

Will I receive a physical ticket purchasing online?

No, a digital ticket with a QR code will be sent to your email. This can be downloaded as a PDF or downloaded to your smartphone wallet. You must present your QR code for scanning for entry.

 

What time does the stadium open?

The turnstiles will open from 12.30pm on Saturday’s and 6pm on midweek games.

 

Is the stadium segregated?

Unless otherwise advertised, all our fixtures are not segregated.

However, we would advise away fans to use the away fan zone located on the Riverside of the ground.

 

Is parking available?

This season parking is strictly for players and officials only, unless a Disabled Parking Spot is requested. All disabled parking must be booked in advance by email to matchday@hornchurchfc.com. This request must be made no later than 24 hours before kick-off.

Street parking is available along Bridge Avenue and opposite the ground in Brookdale Avenue. Please be aware that there will be increased traffic enforcement in this area on matchdays due to parking across driveways and on double yellow lines. Please park responsibly and with consideration to local households.

 

What items are prohibited from the stadium?

The following items are prohibited from the stadium;

 

i. Alcohol

ii. Illegal substances

iii. Pyrotechnics

iv. Air horns and whistles

v. Weapons and sharp objects

vi. Glass bottles

 

In addition, due to a council ruling, dogs are not permitted inside the stadium. Assistance dogs are permitted, but only by prior arrangement by emailing matchday@hornchurchfc.com

 

Can I smoke within the stadium?

No, smoking inside the stadium is not permitted, apart from Hasbeens Hill and by the front gate.

 

I am external press/ scouting for another team, how to I request a ticket?

All scout and press requests must be submitted to secretary@hornchurchfc.com no later than 24 hours before the fixture.

Please note we do not offer free scout tickets for representatives of EFL or Premier League clubs.

 

Do you sell programmes?

Yes, we produce our match day programme “The Urchin” for all league, FA Cup and FA Trophy fixtures which can be purchased inside the stadium for £3. Cash/Card payments are accepted. We do not produce physical programmes for Essex Senior Cup fixtures and friendlies unless otherwise advertised.

In addition, we also offer a 50/50 raffle. This is available for £1 a ticket or 6 tickets for £5. This is cash only.

 

What Food & Drink is available?

We have three bars inside the stadium;

 

i. The Clubhouse (Cash & Card Payments Accepted)

ii. The Jimmy Mac Bar on Hasbeens’ Hill (Cash & Card Payments Accepted)

iii. The Temper Gold Bar within the Stadium (Card Payments only)

 

As a conscious effort to the environment, re-usable eco-cups are used at all our bars. These have a deposit of £1.

The burger van will also be open. Please note this is CASH only.
